The master bedroom allows you to lie in bed watching the city lights and wake up to breathtaking sunrises every morning. This condo is in the West building, ensuring you have plenty of shade to keep you cool on hot summer days. You can book the condo for up to six people, with a king-size bed, two full beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. The self-contained condo features a washer and dryer and a well-stocked kitchen for all your cooking and entertaining needs.

Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds for cancellations during special events, holidays, Spring Break, and Fall Break.
Other rental dates require a $100 cancellation fee deducted from the refund presuming the cancellation is made at least 10 business days before arrival.
Cancellations within 10 business days or “no show” guests receive no refunds.
A $25 fee is charged for all returned checks. PayPayl and checks are acceptable payments. You must pay 50% to make your reservation, with the remainder due 30 days before arrival.
Guests must be at least 25 to reserve the condo.
